Hi, I’m Flo!

I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 11 and have a deep love for animals. My beloved beagle, who recently passed away at the age of 14, was my loyal companion and co-trainer. With him, I developed extensive experience in dog (and cat and even bunny) sitting, walking and training, learning to care for pets of all ages, from young puppies to terminally ill companions.

Growing up, my dad spent years rescuing feral cats in our neighborhood. His care and dedication to them allowed me to understand, from a young age, how to approach even the shiest of kittens, how their needs differ from any other species, and how special they are when they learn to trust their human beings.

Since I was 10, I have cared for and helped him rescue dozens of cats, and we’ve even raised entire litters. These days, even shy cats tend to warm up to me quickly, surprising even their own owners. I am happy to keep your little one company, look out for them while you’re away, and stop by to visit when you can’t be around.

Caring for animals is my passion, and I find even the challenging parts rewarding. I understand the unique needs of each pet and provide personalized attention to ensure they are happy and comfortable. Pets tend to warm up to me quickly, and I have a knack for tiring out even the most energetic pups.

I work in person for a 6-8 hours a day for a few days a week. My dates/hours are flexible on a weekly basis, which allows for a lot of flexibility and breaks when caring for pets! If your pet needs around the clock care and I have some advance notice, I can plan my days around bookings. I also spend a lot of time on walks outside and in nature which dogs tend to love to join me on!

I miss the company of my beagle and am eager to share my love and care with other pets. I look forward to providing the best care for your furry friends while you’re away!
