Hi, I am an 18 year old and am hoping to study Engineering at Loughborough in September.
All my life I have loved animals and I have been waiting since I was 15 when I first heard of Pawshake to create an account so I could look after other peoples furry friends!
When I was 8, I got my first pet - Arthur the cat - however he sadly died just over a year ago due to cancer. I have missed being around cats, but since he was my best friend I didn't want to replace him, thats partly why I am so motivated to do petsitting so I can meet other amazing cats.
We now have a dog, Lotty, she is crazy and it has been a slow journey training her, but extremely rewarding seeing how she has grown and become more obedient!
I have ridden horses all my life and am extremely comfortable working with all types of horses, I was often given the trickier horses to ride when I was at a riding school and went on to loan them. Now I ride an amazing horse Dolly who I had to develop her fitness and re-teach her everything as she hadn't been ridden for months.
I have owned hamsters in the past, and my brother owns fish so I am comfortable looking after and handling all sizes and shapes of animals. I always love having a cuddle or playing with them and it would be an honour to be able to look after your pets too!

Harriet was absolutely fabulous, super knowledgeable about caring for animals and a great communicator. We received lovely pictures from her which showed she was spending time playing with and letting pebbles outside to roam. We will definitely be getting intouch with Harriet if we need someone to look after pebbles again.
