What I do during each visit
Every cat is different, so I always follow your instructions closely. A typical visit includes:
Feeding and refreshing water
Cleaning and checking the litter tray
Quick wellbeing check (appetite, energy level, toilet habits)
Playtime, brushing, or calm companionship depending on your cat’s preference
Home safety check (doors/windows) and keeping everything tidy
Photo/video updates so you know your cat is safe and happy
Shy, nervous or anxious cats
I’m very patient with shy or anxious cats. Some cats may hide when a new person arrives — that’s completely normal. I’ll give them space, move quietly, and never force interaction. I usually sit calmly, speak softly, and let the cat approach in their own time. Even if they don’t come out, I’ll still make sure food, water and litter are properly taken care of.
Special care
I’m happy to support basic routines such as:
Feeding schedules and portion control
Cleaning food bowls properly
Simple medication support (e.g. tablets mixed with food), if your cat allows it and you provide clear instructions
I always aim to keep your cat relaxed and comfortable while maintaining their usual routine. I treat every visit seriously and will always send updates so you can travel with peace of mind.
