My name is Elia, I live in BS34, Patchway area. I am the mum of two lovely cats. I work from home the majority of the time, which gives me the flexibility to do visits. I have a car so can get to other areas as long as it's not too far.

I’m a passionate animal lover and the proud mum of two lovely cats, which has given me hands-on experience with daily pet care and understanding individual needs.

I believe regular playtime is very important, both for physical activity and mental stimulation, and I enjoy engaging cats with toys and gentle interaction based on what they’re comfortable with. At the same time, I respect when a cat prefers space and quiet companionship.

Safety is always a top priority for me. I make sure doors and windows are secure, environments are calm and hazard-free, and pets feel relaxed and protected at all times. I understand that every pet has a different personality — some are social and playful, others shy or independent — and I always adapt my approach to match their needs and comfort level.

I pay close attention to changes in behaviour or appetite and take a calm approach at all times.

In an unlikely event of an emergency I would act quickly and contact the owner immediately and follow the veterinary guidance to ensure pet safety and wellbeing.
