ABOUT ME
Hello!
I am Hannah and my hobby includes being a pet sitter! I am passionate about animals and giving owners the flexibility to have pets and balance work/family life! I am flexible and happy to accommodate whatever needs your pet has! I am very fond of cats, they are my favourite pet customers :-) I have a current enhanced DBS/CRB certificate.
I am based in the PO1 area and happy to cover all areas in Portsmouth.
MY EXPERIENCE
I love all animals and have experience with caring for cats, tropical fish, guinea pigs and tortoises. I have two young cats of my own, neon tetras and tortoises. I have always lived with at least one cat amongst other animals. My main customers have been for cat sitting services, which I thoroughly enjoy.

I can send you as many or as little updates and pictures as you require. Hannah has been great again. The cats were happy and calm when we got back. Hannah was really flexible with our return date when we were delayed coming home. She sends regular feedback and really lovely photos!
We reached out to Hannah to look after our 3 cats off the back of all of the 5 star reviews on her profile and having had a pleasant experience using Pawshake a few years ago, but we were left incredibly disappointed!
We were grateful to Hannah for sorting our bins for collection as well as taking in some of the parcels that were delivered, but we now know that she only spent an average of 5 minutes in our home each visit. That 5 minutes would have been spent feeding our boys and, on some occasions, cleaning out their litter tray or sorting bins/parcels, not actually engaging with our cats. We've essentially paid £96 for 8 visits that accumulated to ~40 minutes of work which is, quite frankly, disgusting. We feel incredibly guilty having left our boys practically abandoned for 4 days, and would strongly recommend that any possible return or future clients understand exactly how much time will be spent with their pets, not only because the hourly rate from our experience works out to be £144 per hour but more importantly because the pets are the ones left suffering.
RESPONSE FROM SITTER: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you feel this way, as you kindly pointed out I have a long standing 5* reputation and your pets wellbeing is of upmost importance to me.
A meet and greet takes place with all new pawshake customers where the pets needs and requirements are discussed thoroughly. As you can appreciate not all pets are of the same temperament, some will interact and play, some need medication, some are indoor or outdoor etc. Therefore I am reliant on the owner communicating their requirements at the meet and greet and I am more than happy to attend to all requirements and needs of the pet.
I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and would like to reassure all users of my services present and future that the service I provide is professional, friendly and competitively priced within the local area.
Over 10 years experience with looking after cats. Experieneced with caring for tropical fish and tortoises.
