I am a BSc graduate in Zoo Management, with lots of experience with exotic pets such as birds, small mammals and reptiles. 

I have a number of pets myself, including the above (cockatiels, snakes, and lizards) and have previously cared for small mammals and invertebrates. I have an intense passion for animal welfare and care. 

I am available for house calls to visit your pets in their own environment and provide any care arranged such as feeding, changing water dishes, cleaning cages and providing enrichment or attention, as well as sending you photographs and updates of your pets whilst you are away from home! I understand that leaving your pets at home can be a stressful time, and I endeavour to enable you to feel confident that they are in capable hands. I welcome any questions about my experience or care, as well as in depth information and instruction on how you would like your pets to be taken care of in your absence. 

My experience includes taking care of my own pets on a day to day basis, as well as providing rehabilitative and some medical care such as giving medication, weighing, performing health checks, and keeping good records, caring for exotic species during my studies, creating and providing enrichment activities, volunteer work in a zoo, and previously boarding reptiles in my home. I keep myself up to date on the latest research and developments on the care of captive exotic animals, and it is my pleasure to provide a high standard of care to any animal I am responsible for; temporarily or otherwise. It would be a joy to be able to care for your scaley, furry, or feathered pets and give you the peace of mind that your pets are well cared for while you are away!
