ABOUT ME
I have always been a huge dog lover, ever since I was young I begged my mum to let me have a dog. However, she was too worried about it being with us in a small flat, but that didn't stop me. I made friends with a local older lady and offered to walk and train her 1 year old dog, Bert. At first, he was a very scared and an anti-social pup, however through consistent training, walking and lots of cuddles he came into his own and was my best friend for many years. We attended numerous dog competitions and even managed to win a few!

I am now 33 years old, have a full time job in Finance and I've lived in Reading for 6 years now. I would love to get a dog of my own, however I'm not currently allowed one in the flat I live in, so I'd like to offer my services for dog walking or dog sitting to scratch that itch and hopefully help you out so you don't have to worry about your furry family member being left alone at home for longer periods of time. I'm very used to dogs and love taking them out for long walks and playing games.

I am also very comfortable around cats as I have lived with 6 cats for 8 looong years :) so happy to give your cat cuddles, if she/ he lets me that is :-)

LOGISTICS & SERVICES
Transport -
I have a car, so I can easily get to you - I'm happy to take your dog on walks in your local area, to help him / her stretch their legs. For homes 4 miles outside of center Reading I will ask for fuel compensation of £5 per trip so please bear that in mind.

Availability -
I work Monday to Friday 9 til 5, but am available for walk after work (between 5.30pm and 8pm) or anytime during the weekends. Just give me a shout and we can agree on some timings and days.

Pets
I have experience with - dogs / cats / I also had 3 hamsters when I was younger - I don't discriminate against the little guys :-)

Length of walks - I offer walks for 30 min at £14, but if you'd like your pet to get an hour long walk, the rate is £20. I can take them to run around in a field, walk along the river, play fetch in the park or anything else you might have an idea of us doing.

Home visits - I can also check up on your pet once or twice a day, give them food, change water, play with them on each visit / let them out into the garden to get some fresh air. I can also do more than 2 visits in a day (weekends) if your pet needs more attention. Home visits tend to be between 15 to 30 minutes depending on whether you have a cat or a dog (as cats don't usually need walking :-))
