Hi folks! I’m Martine and I’m a crazy dog lady without a dog! I can’t have them where I live unfortunately. It sucks but I have my family dogs at least! 

I adore all animals.They bring me so much joy and peace. I think being a sitter is perfect for me. I love spending time with animals making sure they’re properly looked after. I also love to travel and I work for myself so I can work from anywhere in the world! 

I’ve been regularly pet/house sitting for family and friends for years. At least 5 times a year as my folks go away a lot! I love it as it gives me a chance to hang out with my fluffy buddies. I have recently also done a house sit with another house sitting site for a cat and two pigs. It was awesome! The cat was gorgeous and I miss him loads. And pigs were absolutely hilarious and kept me entertained all the time :)

My family have only ever adopted rescue dogs so I’m very used to animals who might be a little nervous or might need a bit more attention and sensitivity. I’ve got bags of patience and love for them. I’m also used to giving medications if necessary.

I’m super responsible and independent. And very neat and respectful of other people’s homes and personal space. Happy to water plants and do any extra little tasks for you if need be.

I’m also an introvert who loves reading, art, music and watching awesome tv shows. I also love podcasts and of course travelling! I’m actually a huge nerd haha! I’m currently single and don’t have any kids but my two teenage nieces that keep me on my toes.
