Dogs have always been in my life. We started dogs boarding two years ago when as a family we considered getting our own dog. As a first step we wanted to see how kids are reacting and whether it is going to work for us.

Since I was growing with dogs, of any kind and characters, when came to UK 18 years ago, the only thing I was really missing was the connection with those furry friends.

We all loving dogs, our kids are very passionate about dogs and also we are very careful about dog's behaviour. Before we board any dog we always make sure they get on well with kids.

I can only accept small and some medium breeds.

We are owners to our family dog, Oreo, miniature schnauzer. She is a friendly and playful little girl with huge character, full of energy, and her favourite wag to spend time is playing and socialising with other dogs.

We live in Romford, 3 mins from Rise Park and 6 mins from Bedfords Park with plenty of places to walk your dog around.

As a dog boarder I offer safe and loving home where your dog will feel welcome and loved the same as our own dog. I offer regular walks ( usually 3 walks per day) in local parks (between 20-45mins, shorter during the lunch time, longer in the evenings and during weekends ) lots of fun in the garden depending on dog's individual needs and preferences, cuddles (if accepted by your dog) belly rubs and back scratches, grooming if required, brushing, cleaning paws, whatever is needed. I can administer medication if needed. They have lots of fun as playtime never ends here. This is assurance that your dog won't miss you during the stay in my house. I do my best to make them feel secure, including sleeping close to us. If preferred your dog can sleep downstairs in the kitchen / living room. I am happy to meet you at my house so you can see where your dog will stay. I can provide dogs beds, but know from the experience that it is good to bring at least a blanket with your dog's own house smell so she/ he feels secure.

Summary of services offered:

🐾 Dog Boarding: Your dog will be always watched by one of us, me or my husband, we are working from home with flexible schedule and enough time for walks, playtime and cuddles.

• Overnight boarding is 24 hours, starting from drop off time to pick up time.

• Additional time is calculated at day boarding rate.

• For longer stays ( min 7 nights) I offer free trial day/ half day stay or play date for the dog to get familiar with Oreo, us and with the surroundings.

🐾 Daycare stay is typically 10 am - 6 pm, I can be flexible based on my availability. The same as with overnight boarding, your dog will be fed, walked and entertained during the day to make this stay is enjoyable.

I can offer some basic grooming if needed, or a bath before/ after pick up if previously agreed with owner.

🐾 I board maximum 2 dogs at a time ( + My own Oreo) for day and overnight boardings, prefer small to medium size dogs. I do not board big breeds due to limited space and small kids at home.

🐾 I will act according to your rules and any special needs of your dog in terms of feeding, playtime, sleeping routine, medication. We never feed our dogs from the table, they have their own routine and their snack time and we serve treats to reward good behaviour or encourage training.

🐾 Day care and boarding rates are subject to change for high maintenance dogs eg: not fully toilet trained puppies, older dogs requiring special treatment.

🐾 I always ask the owner to provide emergency contact details in case there is a need in your absence

Few words about vaccinations, as I know some owners ask about this element. I do care about dogs health and wellbeing and understand that not every dog is regularly vaccinated. I truly believe alternative methods such as titre testing are also effective to keep the immunity at the right level and stop the disease spreading. Oreo, our dog has been vaccinated, however I am opened for non vaccinated dogs as long as they are covered by current vet certification confirming their immunity to the most common diseases. I had boarded not fully vaccinated puppies before, they were not allowed into public pavements and park.
