I am a student veterinary nurse who loves animals and is looking for opportunities to 1. get all the experience I can with different animals and 2. support myself through my studies. I have lots of experience handling animals of all sizes and breeds from my current full time work in a vets practice. I currently have a 10 year old cat who I’ve had since he was a kitten, but also grew up with a border collie dog and 2 other cats. I spent last year travelling around Australia where I was part of a similar pet sitting app, and looked after many animals in exchange for somewhere to stay. This experience made me fall in love with being able to connect with owners and pets, and some of my best memories from traveling surround this. My strengths are definitely having a lot of knowledge about animals and how to care for them, from my studies, but also having great communication with owners about their pets. I can provide references for previous house/pet sitters who can attest to my experience.

I am free on weekends and typically all day on Wednesdays. However, sometimes I work from home every couple of weeks where I'd be available Mondays and Fridays too.

I offer dog walking, drop in visits to your home and dog sitting in your home. I unfortunately don't host any animals at my home due to my own pet who wouldn't tolerate any other animals. When dog/house sitting for you, I can provide full time care to your pet and they will not be left home alone at any point. For drop in visits to your home, I am open to discussing how long I'd be visiting for, coming to arrangements that both parties and your pet!
