I have over 20 years of experience caring for animals and have grown up surrounded by dogs, cats, and a wide range of other species. My motivation for pet sitting comes from genuinely loving every kind of animal, from energetic puppies to senior companions who need patience, medication, and extra care. I have looked after every temperament and size imaginable—from tiny Chihuahuas to Great Danes—and I am confident supporting reactive, nervous, rescue, or behaviourally complex dogs. Having owned rescues myself, I understand triggers, slow introductions, and how to create a calm, reassuring environment.

I am BTEC qualified in animal management and behaviour and spent a year volunteering with exotic mammals and reptiles at a wildlife rescue. This means I am fully comfortable handling and caring for unusual or high-needs species such as meerkats, snakes, monkeys, big cats, reptiles, amphibians, tarantulas, and even farm animals. Truly, no companion is off-limits.

At the moment, I offer dog walking, home visits, and house sitting, and I tailor each booking to the pet’s personality, mobility, and routine. I can accommodate everything from gentle sniff walks to energetic hour-plus adventures, as well as medication administration and specific dietary needs. I am currently not accepting pets into my own home until I have a fully safe and dedicated set-up ready in the new year. I welcome vaccinated pets and those with medical or behavioural needs, and I always prioritise safety, understanding, and comfort above all!
