About Fiona
* ONLY accepting golden retrievers and labradors. That's the only breed I have experience with. Well behaved and well trained dogs only please. Only message me if that's the breed you have. I also do day visits for cats.
* Please get in touch for availabiilty rather than using the calendar (I'm self employed with a changing schedule so I can't fill in a calendar)
Dogs are our families. They have such beautiful natures don't they.
I particularly think golden retrievers have faces like a ray of sunshine. I adore their golden face with their dark eyes, their temperament, and particularly when they run toward you all bounding-like and bouncy. Their lust for life is contagious.
I used to have a golden labrador called Fudge who made it to the age of 14 (those photos of me with her are from around 15 years ago). What a beautiful softie she was. Me too actually, big softie. I am a highly empathetic person, very sensitive to your pet's needs. I love to see dogs being happy and having what they need. Whenever I'm in the supermarket I always buy a bunch of food to leave in the trolley for pets in need.
I love the outdoors, and so I love sharing the excitement and energy that they have for being outdoors.
I'm self-employed so I have the time in the day to give the sweetie some walks and give them company.
You can leave them with me when you need to go away for the day, I can visit them at home to feed them or walk them. I love being around labs and retrievers and giving them back the love they give us.
My husband and I live in a semi-detached house with a garden. Dog care isn't a professional business for me. I just have the time and the love to give if you need your labrador or retriever to have some company when you're busy.
I'll get a golden retriever at some point, in the meantime I can't wait to spend time with some now!

Arthur hadn’t seen Fiona and her husband for a couple of months and was delighted to be with them. He greeted them like old friends. Excellent care, as always. Fiona is very attentive to his needs so he has a perfect stay.
Arthur was delighted to see Fiona again which says it all really, as he is always so well looked after there. He is made part of the family and Fiona keeps me in the loop with photos and videos of him enjoying himself. Excellent care and we will continue to use her.
