Hi! 

I’m Buke, a passionate animal lover and experienced pet sitter living in Bristol. For as long as I can remember, I have felt a deep connection with animals. They are not just pets to me, but wonderful companions with unique personalities, emotions, and a special way of communicating with us. I truly believe that animals can sense kindness, energy, and love, and I always strive to create a warm and trusting bond with every pet I care for.

One of my biggest motivations for becoming a pet sitter is being far from my own beloved pets. I have two wonderful pets, though they currently live with my parents while I complete my master’s degree in Bristol. My 8-year-old tortoiseshell cat is independent and full of character, while my 5-year-old mixed Akita dog is incredibly loving, loyal, and protective. The bond I share with them is incredibly special—they have always been a source of love, comfort, and happiness in my life. 

Being around animals brings me a sense of peace and fulfillment, and pet sitting allows me to reconnect with that feeling. It gives me the opportunity to care for and bond with other pets, offering them the same love, patience, and attention that I would give my own. Providing a safe and happy experience for animals while their owners are away is not just a job for me. It is something I genuinely enjoy and feel deeply connected to. Growing up with animals has shaped my life in many ways, teaching me patience, empathy, and the ability to understand their emotions beyond words.

Whenever I am around animals, I feel an instant connection with them. I believe they can sense when someone truly cares, and I always take the time to earn their trust, whether through gentle interaction, playtime, or simply being present with them in a calm and comforting way. Their happiness and well-being are my top priorities, and I find so much joy in making them feel safe, loved, and cared for.

I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, providing services such as feeding, walking, playtime, and companionship. Because my accommodation does not allow pets, I offer pet-sitting in the owner's home, ensuring your pet stays comfortable in their familiar surroundings. I am also attentive to any specific needs, including dietary requirements, medications, or special routines.

For safety reasons, I only care for vaccinated pets, ensuring a healthy environment for all. If you’re looking for someone who will not only look after your pet but also connect with them on a deeper level, I would be honored to help!
