About me:I'm Stephanie, a 33 year old cat mom of 3, plus one silly little dwarf hamster. I've always loved animals, and have had many small animals when I was younger, such as hamsters, guinea pigs, ferrets and chinchillas. By far my favourite has always been cats. My first cat found me when I was 16 years old, and I was lucky enough to spend the next 16 years with him. I currently have 3 cats, Andy and Peanut who travelled with me from Australia, and Jack who is from the UK. We also have a rescue hamster named Piffle who is an absolute fiend for pumpkin seeds. I am also an avid crafter who always has a million projects on the go. I love to be outdoors, going for long hikes and camping.

My experience: I've spent the past 7 years working professionally with cats, mainly split between a cat boarding facility, large animal shelter, and most recently at a rural animal rescue. I have worked with cats from all breeds, personalities, and health and beavioural issues. I have experience both professionally and personally with cats who have had diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, urinary issues, mobility issues, amongst other concerns. I can feed special diets, including supplements, and can administer various medications including insulin.

For cats and small animals, I can offer:(price includes up to 3 animals)

• Home visits -I will spend between 30 min to an hour during my visit where I will clean their cage/litter trays, give fresh food and water, administer medications if needed, and most importantly offer plenty of attention, play time, and cuddles.
• House sitting-I will spend my time at your residence providing fresh food and water, cleaning cages/litter trays, administering any medication, and providing lots of attention, play time, and cuddles to your beloved pets. I will also keep up with any house tidying and plant watering that’s needed.

I do have my own transport, so in case of an emergency at any time, I will be able to access a vet immediately. I am extremely patient, and know how difficult it can be for pets to have a change in their routine, so will keep a close eye on any changes whilst you're away. I know firsthand how stressful it is to leave your pet with a stranger, so I will keep you updated with texts and photos during my stay, but happy to have phone calls if needed!
