About Jennifer
I am a committed animal lover and have been a Pawshake pet sitter for the past 6 years. I'm 35 and I was a proud 'cat mum' to two beautiful black cats, Salem and Sabrina, who have sadly now passed. As I don't have my own fur baby anymore, I am excited to welcome your precious pet into my heart and take the very best care of them while you are away. I am responsible, kind, affectionate, patient and attentive and will treat your pet as if he or she is my own.
I know just how important animals are to their owners and am dedicated to providing individualised care to your pet. I love how each fur baby has their own personality, preferences and quirks! I will listen to your instructions and wishes, and follow them to the letter. I have experience taking care of all types of cats; from pedigree to moggie, kittens to 'grandma/grandpa' cats and those who are very shy to those that need lots of play and cuddles!
Having done my fair share of travelling, I can also empathise with and understand just how much our beloved pets are missed when we have to be away from them, so I am more than happy to provide updates and photos as you wish :) If your pet needs medicine that is also perfectly fine, as I have successfully administered medicine to my own cats and many kitty customers now.
During the week I usually work 8-4 in Egham, so am typically available for visits between 6:00-7:00 AM and 5:00-7:00 PM. As my time is somewhat limited during the week and especially in the mornings, I prefer to pet sit for cats and rabbits. It would not be fair on a dog to potentially wait 9+ hours to use the bathroom!

JENNIFER - what a 5-start service. I couldn't have been happier with the care and attention she gave to my Siamese cat, Kiki.
Originally Jennifer was booked to look after my two Siamese cats, Koko & Kiki - my two Siamese cats that I've had since they were kittens and they would have been 16yrs old in September 2024. Both have/had medical issues but this was easily managed with daily medication. Sadly, Koko had to be put to sleep because of a sudden heart problem he developed about a month before I was due to go away. I worried about Kiki being left alone as she'd never been alone overnight since they came to me all those years ago.
Jennifer understood how I was feeling and gave Kiki exra-special love and attention and administered her medication. I received some lovely photographs of Kiki while I was away and short text messages from Jennifer to re-assure me.
I'm back home and Kiki is happy and content and no signs of missing me!!!
I've booked Jennifer for another session later in the year.
