Hello, my name is Heather. I have been pet sitting part time since 2014, mostly this has been overnight stays in people's homes. the majority has been dog and cat care,but also night security for a horse livery, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, chickens and tortoises. 

And sometimes a few of those together! It has been great fun, meeting lovely owners and many different pet characters. I enjoy it and I really love the variety of personalities they all bring. and its great when you get to meet them over an over with repeat bookings.

On a couple of occasions the cats have needed regular medication ( pills or cream on the ear lining) I have been happy to do it. I cannot have animals at my home, but can offer visits to your home , and overnight stays. 

I am based in Chertsey ,have a car and am happy to travel 10 miles to feed and drop in to your pet . Drop ins can be as simple as just feediing amd watering and changing bedding/cat litter,.but also happy to administer hugs and strokes. Further for house sits about 20 miles radius.Also happy to take animals in my car, so if your pet has a favourite walk a drive away,I can get them there. Regarding booking for house sits in particular, I rarely book more than 6 weeks in advance.,this avoids disappointment
on both sudes incase circumstance change. Please try me for a last minute job too. 

As I said I only do this part- time, and I am self employed , so my working weeks vary, and for this reason I would not be able to take on weekly regular pet sits, as I could not guarantee that I would be available for the same days and hours every week.
