Ollie + Ellen

Hello there! We're Ollie and Ellen, a couple with a love for animals.

I'm Ollie and I'm a 22-year-old music student and part-time barista living in Guildford. I've lived a plant-based lifestyle for well over 3 years now and, as you can imagine, I'm passionate about looking after animals and I care about them a lot! Growing up in rural Devon, I've spent much of my life with animals - wild and pets! When I was young my family had a cat called Chippy, who I adored, and my grandparents had a lovely Border Terrier called Tug. My family has also had Oakie the Jack Russell for almost 10 years now, and so between the feeding, watering and washing of mucky paws after long walks in the countryside, I have tons of experience caring for animals. :)

I'm Ellen and I'm a 21-year-old vet student and part-time support worker also living in Guildford. I'm currently in my 4th year of Veterinary Medicine at Surrey Uni, where caring for animals and understanding their needs is not only my main focus, but something which brings me a lot of joy. Thanks to my studies I've had heaps of experience tending to all sorts of animals, and during my degree I've worked in a cattery, a dog rescue shelter and even a cat cafe! I've been on Pawshake for over 3 years now and have looked after and walked many pets in both Guildford and my home town of Bournemouth. I've also grown up with two gorgeous cats as part of the family, Willow and Ziggy (the grey and tabby cats I'm pictured with on this profile), t would boost our availability. Seeing as we're both students who also work part-time, we often share the responsibility when pet sitting, but we find that it works well as one of us is usually around!

Our services:

We are available for services morning, afternoon and evening. Ellen has more availability at the weekend and Ollie has more availability during the week, but we can both be very flexible.
