Hi, I'm Hannah! I’m in my final year at the University of Edinburgh and live right on the meadows in Newington. I grew up with cats (Marmalade and Belinda) and used to sleep with Marmalade on my pillow! I have loved dogs since I was small and used to get passed around family and friends mainly so I could play with their dogs - my aunty once woke up to find me sitting in the dog bed with their terrier looking at me quite confused. My family got our first dog Hercules (the orange and white crossbreed in the photos) just before I went to university, and I miss him very much! Since going to university i've been lucky enough to walk a few neighbourhood dogs like Bee (the border terrier in the photos) a couple of times a week and have a few pet sitting jobs I sometimes go back to in Brighton! Having always had pets I understand the position they hold in our families and therefore how important it is that we can ensure they're safe and well cared for in our absence! I'm reliable, punctual and a good communicator and having a university timetable means I can be flexible with my visits. I find dog walking in particular a good way to de-stress in between studying and would love to help out with you dog care if I can. I can offer 1-3 hour walks on or off lead depending on the dog! I can also do home visits at different times of day morning/afternoon/evening to feed, play with and keep you pet company and to break up their day while you’re busy or working. I have had nannying, dog sitting and house sitting jobs as well as feeding cats for neighbours from a young age and am happy to give any references if that suits you.
