Bury saint Edmunds, Suffolk based, I have owned my own dogs for over 40 years and have a lot of experience, and have been around dogs ever since I can remember . I can guarantee to only accept one booking from the same household for boarding at a time, of course if you own more than one dog they can all come over to stay. Safety is important to me and not accepting multiple dogs means that I can offer a safe loving home from home dog care service. I have previous dog boarding and day care experience and being semi- retired and very active means I am at home full time and i am able to offer a good level of safe and secure care for all ages and breeds of dogs, my partner also loves dogs and as she mostly works from home she is around should I need a hand with anything like walking dogs separately, I never leave dogs home alone or unsupervised.

I find having used boarding myself it can be disappointing and have found on several occasions when I arrive I find too many dogs at the chosen property to be able to supervise and care for mine.

I fully understand how stressful it can be leaving your pet with someone new, but rest assured I am fully experienced and very capable at caring for and handling dogs and I can accommodate your dog bed or a crate if that is what they are used to. I have my own very placid and friendly pointer, who will be very happy to meet new friends and share countryside walks, I am very lucky to be surrounded by fields and country walks straight from my door and have no need to drive the dogs anywhere although I do like to take dogs to the forest where it is cooler on those really hot summer days and the dogs need somewhere cooler to exercise,the forest is only a ten minute drive in a safe vehicle fitted with a steel dog guard.

When your dog is in my care will be sending you daily photo/ video updates so you can see your pooch having fun and exercise and of course plenty of love and belly rubs. If you leave me a copy of your dogs normal routine I can follow it closely which will help me provide a true home from home experience for your dog to enjoy, please try to bring a favourite toy or treats along to help with this.

I only take fully vaccinated dogs over 1 year old that are fully house trained, flea free and good with people and other dogs, no females in heat, no banned breeds. I also require a free meet and greet with the owner and dog before I can accept or confirm any booking to be sure your dog is compatible with me and my own dog.
