About Shaun
I grew up in South Africa with a 'farm' of animals that included multiple dogs, rabbits, fish and birds.
For a long time I moved around the UK living in AirBnB to AirBnB. Most do not allows animals and I do not think it would be kind to 'up root' a pet every few months anyway.
Lucky not to have an office job and have worked fully remotely since 2017.
This meant when a friend suggested I take a look at Pawshake, I was able to combine my nomadic nature and love of animals.
I have been looking after pets and homes full time now for two years through the UK/Europe.
Completed 22 sits in total. Have met some wonderful pets (cats, dogs and chickens) along the way. The owners aren't half bad either ;)
I believe strongly on maintaining a pet's routines as this reduces/manages anxiety that may be experienced.
I look forward to meeting more lovely animals and their owners.
