I'm Amy, a 28 year old animal lover. I'm a family person, very gentle and kind and I've always loved being around animals.

I am really flexible with my job as a manager of a dental practice so I have spare time and flexibility in the day often to pop in for an hour to your house and meet/care for and love your cat or dog.

Having grown up around cats and dogs I am so sad to only have my little Ginny left at home but this is all my small flat and my landlord will allow now! She keeps me busy though and playing with her is wonderful therapy! I know pawshake is great as I've had people pop in to feed and change Ginny's litter whilst I'm away and I want to do the same for others so they know someone trustworthy and genuine is looking after their pet in the privacy of their home.

Your pet is my priority! I'll love them like I love my own pets.

Usually during my visit I'll stay an hour to look after your pet as you would. I'll feed them, change their water, clean their bowls and litter tray and let them in and out if suitable. If your cat loves a fuss or to play ill make sure they receive that care and attention.

The fee for daily or twice daily visits include an initial meeting with you at home to learn about your pets routine and collect your keys.

If it's dog walking you're after I'm available for a long or short term commitment locally. Having supported my partner in puppy training I have walked lots of pups with varying levels of comfort with other dogs/humans and can offer varied, fun walks with lots of sniffing.

I can try to make lots of circumstances work so give me a try if you need help but it's unlikely I'd be able to board a cat or dog because of Ginny.

Now I try to find my time with animals by caring for others in the comfort of their own home while their families are away. I love the chance for a cuddle!
