Hello! I'm Morgan!

I have recently moved back to Oxfordshire after a brief spell in London. I'm a lover of sports and the outdoors. I've got cats as my own pets back in my hometown (Geoff who's a British short haired blue) and have a lovely relationship with my best friends dogs (3 of them!). I have my own car and a road bike so I can nip around to different places really easily and love keeping fit so am happy to go on long walks or even runs with the animals if needed. My primary work is as a coach at a university rowing team, so helping people on pawshake is something I do around the outside of that to give me a chance to spend time with animals whilst I can't have my own pets at the moment!

I've worked for friends and family over the last year looking after their cats and dogs whilst they have been away on holiday/ short breaks and I have absolutely loved it. I have experience with kittens as young as new borns to the ripe old age of 16, and young dogs from the age of one up to 6 years. My best friend is about to get an 8 week old puppy and I cannot wait to help look after her! I also have experience with rabbits, fish and a little with horses.

Quick read experience:

Cats:

• Changing litter trays
• De-fleaing/mite treatment
• Worming
• Treatment with eye drops/ear drops
• Day to day feeding/care
• Special food treatment for young kittens
• Bathing
• Walking on leads (a rarity but some cats love it!)
• Can always get them purring!

Dogs:

• Feeding, cleaning beds, taking for walks/ runs
• Cleaning up poop
• Worming/ providing medication in tablet form
• Treatment with eyedrops/ ear drops
• Playing about with footballs, tennis balls, little toys
• Helping them learn to fetch and bring back sticks on swims
• Lead walking

Rabbits:

• Feeding, cleaning out living quarters, changing water/clean water
• Looked after little bunnies (had a litter of 10!!!)
• Walking on lead
