Hello! We are a family of three from Hong Kong, now living in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. We are huge animal lovers, especially cats and dogs. We love spending time with them, playing and caring for them. In the past, we had our own dog in Hong Kong, but sadly, he has passed away. Since moving to the UK, we’ve been helping friends and relatives take care of their dogs, and we just have our new family member to join us- 6 months old cockapoo

My daughter and I both truly enjoy walking dogs, playing with pets, and taking care of their needs. We understand how much you miss your beloved pet when you’re away, so we treat every animal as if they were our own.

Before confirming any booking, we offer a free meet-and-greet to get to know your pet’s personality, habits, daily routine, feeding instructions, and any special needs. After each visit, we will update you on your pet’s well-being and let you know everything that happened.

While you’re away on holiday or business, we can visit your home daily to take care of your pet. We’ll send photos and video updates so you can see how they’re doing. We’ll also message you via SMS or WhatsApp when we arrive and leave. We always stay a bit longer to keep your furry friend company and make sure they feel safe and loved.

We can also do some add on jobs like watering your plants , tidy up post box etc .
