About Monica
Hello I'm Monica. I am a keen runner and mum of two small children. I am currently on maternity leave from my busy job in the NHS, so I am free during the week and most weekends to do house visits for cats, dogs and other small pets including birds. I may need on occasion (although will try to avoid) to bring my children with me on visits so can only commit to caring for pets that are happy to be around a child in a pram.
During house visits I will take in mail and parcels, change litter trays, feed, water and change bedding and water plants as required. I can also do other light household duties such as empty and put out bins, sweep and Hoover any mess left by your pets while you are away. I always aim to leave your house in as good/better state than I found it. I will spend up to 30 mins per visit playing, petting and grooming your pet as per you and your pets personal wishes.
Whilst I don't currently have any pets of my own, I have years of experience in looking after them. I have owned and grown up with cats, horses, dogs, fish etc all with a wide variety of tempraments and medical needs. I am confident with the administration of medication for pets with any additional needs. I am a true animal lover so your pets will be in safe hands and spoiled in every way. I always send daily updates and pictures of your pets whilst you are at work or on holiday to keep you updated and reassured. I will also arrange a pre-meet to get to know you and your animals needs and routines prior to your booking.
