A family home, with 3 adults living here that pets have loved, until recently when they sadly passed away

We live in a small quiet cul de sac in a town house with a small garden, that has 6 foot fencing and is secure, with a large wooded area within a 10 minute walk away as well as local parks. There is a small secure area that dogs would be able to run free without a leash.

They have always played a family part in our lives, from a very young age we have had pets, both cats and dogs. My husband used to show Bedlington Terriors,

Our life now retired is very different and at home all day and we would love to be able to have that interaction with cats and dogs for other families to enable you to go on your holidays or work knowing your pets will be loved and cared for as you would. We would be at home with your pet all day as we are retired and they would not be left on there own.

We have looked after family and friends pets whilst they have been on holiday and love getting out with them in our local parks and woods which are just a short walk away, playing and seeing them enjoy the walk.

All pets of size and age welcome in our home, vaccinations not necessary

We are a non smoking family with no young children living at home, we do have grandchildren who sometimes visit us so if your pet is not child friendly this would not be an issue

We are happy to give your pet oral medication if required, and happy to groom them we are not able to offer nails to be trimmed.

We offer long walks either in the park or wooded area, we have a small back garden we are also able to use which is grassed off and fully fenced off that pets would not be able to get out, if long walks were not suitable for tour animal due to age. we love to go for walks ourselves and would offer long walks as required for your pet, minimum of 30 minutes. We have pet toys for them to play with indoors aswell and they would have the run if the house and not locked in. They would be able to sleep in the lounge or in our bedroom if required overnight.
