Dogs and cats are our families. They have such beautiful natures don't they.

I particularly think golden retrievers have faces like a ray of sunshine. I adore their golden face with their dark eyes, their temperament, and particularly when they run toward you all bounding-like and bouncy. Their lust for life is contagious.

I used to have a golden labrador called Fudge who made it to the age of 14 - those photos of me with her are from around 15 years ago, I'm in my 40's now. What a beautiful softie she was. Me too actually, a big softie. I am a highly empathetic person, very sensitive to your pet's needs. I love to see dogs being happy and having what they need. Whenever I'm in the supermarket I always buy a bunch of food to leave in the trolley for pets in need.

I also used to have two cats. They were the most utterly brilliant creatures I'd ever met. Their names were Chester and Sophie. He was ginger and she was tortoiseshell.

I love the outdoors, and so I love sharing the excitement and energy that they have for being outdoors.

I'm self-employed so I have the time in the day to give the sweetie some walks and give them company.

You can leave them with me when you need to go away for the day, I can visit them at home to feed them or walk them. I love giving them back the love they give us.

My husband and I live in a semi-detached house with a garden. Dog and cat care isn't a professional business for me. I just have the time and the love to give if you need your cat or dog to have some company when you're busy.

I'll get a golden retriever at some point, in the meantime I can't wait to spend time with some now!
