We understand the importance of knowing your dogs are in safe, loving hands when you go on holiday or need to be away from home for the day.

With over 30 years of experience caring for dogs both young and old, I'm dedicated to providing a warm, caring environment for them. Whether it's for day boarding or overnight stays.

I am licensed for dog boarding with Welwyn Hatfield council and have a pet first aid qualification.

Our family lives in the peaceful Oaklands area of Welwyn, where our home features a secure, private garden for your dog to explore. Our two gentle, neutered female spaniels are always excited to make new friends and welcome other friendly dogs into our house.

We love to create a home from home experience where your dog can curl up on the sofa with us, play in the garden or join us on a woodland walk.

For home boarding, we always arrange a pre-meet before accepting a booking to ensure they are comfortable in our home. 

I am licensed for 3 dogs in addition to my own spaniels Rosie and Tilly so your fur babies can get all the love and attention they deserve during their stay with us. We will always let you know if your dog will staying with another boarder and we carefully match dogs for compatibility.

We love to keep you updated with daily photos so you can see how they are spending their time with us and I'm always determined to get a great holiday snap for you to keep.

Dog Boarding & Doggy Daycare Services

Day Care: I work from home, ensuring your dog is rarely left alone. Standard hours are 08:00-18:00, please message me if you need care outside of these hours.

Home Boarding: This option includes a 24hr period from drop off to pick up. We follow the same routine you have for them in your own home so we do allow dogs to sleep on our beds if that is what they are used to!

Facilities: Dogs have complete access to the house and a secure, dog-friendly garden. They have access to shade, air conditioning and a dog-proof paddling pool for cooling off in the summer. 

Daily Exercise: At least 45mins of physical activity, including walks in Panshanger Park, Sherradspark, or Mardley Woods. Your dog will also have free access to the garden during their stay.

Puppy Attention: Round-the-clock supervision for puppies.

Health Management: Happy to administer medication.

Requirements: All dogs must be fully vaccinated, with up-to-date flea treatments, and vet contact details shared.

A meet and greet is required to ensure compatibility with our resident spaniels. If there are any concerns during the meet and greet we recommend booking a test day / night with us.

A separate online booking form is required to comply with the record keeping obligations I have for my dog boarding license.

Please note this includes a microchip number, insurance details, emergency contact number and a copy of vaccination records.
