Hello,

I'm Meredith, 27 year old freelancer living in Leeds. I love all kinds of animals, and would be happy pet sitting any kind of pet. I have previous experience of pet sitting, specifically two dogs that I looked after extensively for two years, a cat, a rabbit, a guinea pig, and even a tortoise. I used to walk dogs for the RSPCA, and I have experience with quieter and more nervous dogs. I am happy to look after any animal; I have no phobias, even of snakes or insects!

My services:

I am available to house sit, pet board at my house, and provide day care (I’m afraid I can’t take cats though!). I can administer any medications your pet needs. For any dogs that stay with me, I can do up to three walks per day, no matter the weather, and if your dog is the more energetic kind I can also do one longer walk during the day of up to two hours, so that they get a good amount of exercise.

I only accept vaccinated pets into my own home. I have no restrictions in terms of the size or age of your pet, but I can take only two dogs at a time at a time, and they must be happy to be around another dog if the two are from different households. I also can’t have cats stay at my house I’m afraid.

I am a freelancer that can work from home, and therefore I would have a lot of time to play with and take care of your pet, providing 24/7 supervision. Because my part time work is flexible, I can completely fit around your schedule. I can guarantee that I would give your pet loads of attention and cuddles if they are inclined that way!

I live with my boyfriend and our housemate, who are both animal lovers. During the week, however, it is mostly just me in the house, as they both go out of the house to work. The pets would be allowed to sleep in the kitchen, or if they are slightly less independent, they can sleep in the bedroom. We have a small fully fenced back yard, and a slightly larger fully fenced front yard with a gate (please refer to the pictures). There is a small park about a 5 minute walk away, and a variety of other parks that are slightly further, so there’s plenty of options for longer walks. I can also provide you with updates and pictures whilst your pet is in my care, as I know time away from your pet can be hard!
