About Nadya
I've always been passionate about animals. I got my bachelor's degree in Wildlife Biology from Manchester Metropolitan University, which I completed in 2015.
I completed a pet first aid course in 2019, and am also DBS checked.
I have experience caring for and working all kinds of animals, for which I can provide references, including farm animals and exotics. I'm happy to work with anything from dogs to snakes!
I have previously worked as an animal welfare co-ordinator for a therapy pet organisation. I was responsible for animal care and work with young and vulnerable people, including people with learning difficulties and mental health issues.
I have experience working with difficult pets, such as dogs/cats/rabbits that haven't been socialised and are aggressive or untrained. Most of my own pets are rescues. I also have experience with challenging animals to care for such as exotics.
I am based in Rochdale but willing to travel. I often work within Greater Manchester, East Lancashire, West Yorkshire and Cheshire.
I have four dogs, so I am a very experienced dog walker!
If there is anything you would like to know, ask away. I am happy to send a copy of my CV which goes into more details about my experience and qualifications. :)
