My name is Natalie and I'm 30 years old. I've had pets growing up from the day I was born. I have no formal qualifications in animal care etc but what I do have is a caring and nurturing personality. I treat all animals with the love and respect that they deserve. I have experience with rescue animals as well as animals with behaviour issues. We sadly lost our dog Hector (he was 16) and he was erm... a character for a lighter way of putting it! I've also had a diabetic cat who required an injection daily so I am confident in administering medications if required.
My main motivation for joining PAWSHAKE is to earn a bit of an extra income. My partner and I have recently moved in with my mum to save for our forever home. I work full time and have the flexibility to work from home so if you require someone to stay in your property whilst you're away it's possible for me to do so.
I have a full DBS for my current job which I am happy to share with any potential clients. I can also provide several references from family and friends if required.

Natalie and Tay are great, looked after Margot our black lab for a week, took her to new places, sent us videos and pictures of her having fun, stayed in the house and left it as they found it, communicated with us through out. fab, thank you.
I am so thankful for Natalie and Taylor and their care for my cat over five nights recently. Their excellent communication through photos and messages eased my concerns about leaving my cat overnight for the first time since having her. They managed my cat's specific needs, including medication, with professionalism, providing reassurance. Upon returning home, I found my place as tidy and well-maintained, just as I left it. I appreciate their responsible and caring approach and can tell they cared the same for my pet just as they would their own! I will certainly be booking their services again in the future.
