We offer a paid sitting service. I am a semi retired businessman who as a family man had every pet imaginable from Tortoises to Horses and Stick Insects to Budgies. My family are long grown up and flown the nest so I enjoy the travel aspect of pet/house sitting and meeting new people and their pets.

I sit with my Partner who is Spanish and therefore fluent but with very good English so we do a lot of International house and pet sits.

We are both DBC certified.

I have been using Airbnb for business and pleasure since its inception with a 100% rating, showing I understand how to care for other people's property.

I have a full Linked In profile showing my business abilities.

We both have a full clean drivers licence.

I need only a good internet connection to be able to work.

We have been sitting since 2008. My career started indirectly after a few weeks sofa surfing after my divorce when a friend asked me to look after two aging cats on her annual holiday. One of the cats required meds and I was able to administer those successfully.

Since then a variety of pets and homes have been under our watchful eyes.

We completed 8 sits last year 2025. We have completed one sit already in 2026 and another 4 booked before Christmas 2026, as I write.

We have many references both home and abroad.

Dogs are a particular favourite of mine though we have only cats at my own home at present, looked after by a Grand-daughter when we are away.

We are calm around all animals and we are both capable of make decisions quickly.
