I grew up with two cats and one horse always surrounded by lots of cats and dogs in the stables. My first experience as a dog owner was almost four years ago when I volunteered for a few months as a foster for rescued dogs. It was an amazing experience even though it was bitter sweet to let them go to their new owners in the end.
I’ve been here since 2016 and I now run a dance school in East London after 10 years working behind a computer in Lisbon, my home town, and I am looking to do some part time work on my free time with something that actually makes me happy!
From December 2017 to March 2018 I worked as a dog walker in central London and absolutely loved it.
Between 2018 and 2020 I had Max the Dachshund living full time with me as his owners travelled a lot. Unfortunately he died of cancer last year, at the age of 15.
In 2020, just before the pandemic, I moved into a house with a huge garden. Last winter I adopted 2 cats, Sarabi and Bagheera, Mother and Daughter! So I no longer take in dogs but am happy to cat sit every now and then.
I can do 2 home visits per day, can stay 30-60min each time, if it’s not too far away, I have a car so if there’s parking, it’s much easier.
Dog walks 1 hour max.
My availability varies as I have a flexible schedule so usually I can fit one or two hours into it when needed.
Full refund if canceled before 12:00 p.m. one day before the booking, 50% refund afterward.
No refund is payable if the booking is canceled on or after the start date.
Note: All times are based on the sitter’s time zone
