Hi, I'm Alex!

I'm a 30 year old PhD student researching the applications of AI in replacing animal testing. I live in the Worthing area with excellent access to the South Downs and the seafront.

As a lifelong animal lover, I’ve always felt a deep connection to pets and their well-being. Growing up with both cats and dogs, I learned early on how unique and special each animal is, and how much they enrich our lives. My motivation for being a pet sitter stems from my genuine passion for ensuring that every animal gets the care, attention, and love they deserve.

Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in pet sitting, having cared for various breeds of dogs and cats, each with their own unique needs. I also have experience working with animals that require special care, for example volunteering at a cat shelter that was home to many disabled cats.

I volunteer with several animal charities and I believe that every pet should feel safe and cared for, whether it’s during a daily walk, while their owners are away, or in moments when they need extra support. My goal is always to make animals feel loved and secure, and I strive to make a positive difference in their lives.

I offer home visits, dog walks, and overnight stays in the pet's home. I'm happy to tailor the length of dog walks to your pet's individual needs, and similarly for home visits.
