I have worked with animal charities all of my life (thanks to an animal mad mum), I have grown up rescuing animals, hand feeding kittens, even had a rescue blackbird I rehabilitated and taught how to sit on a perch and eat by herself. I have years of experience pet sitting, including looking after dogs waiting for adoption, giving medication to cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and pigeons (once had a beautiful Capuchine pigeon rescue) and caring for cats and dogs in the home. My motivation really has come from always been the one to be asked to look after friends pets and having the positive feedback and them knowing there pets are safe, it is important to know your pets are getting the best care, and I feel I can offer that reasurance. I have a calm nature and tend to find animals are calm and friendly with me. I also volunteer at a horse sanctuary (not that I could house sit them). 

I can visit your home and spend time with your pets, making sure they are feeling safe, fresh water and food, as well as playing with them to make sure they have some stimulation during the day. I am comfortable giving medication. If it is a dog I can take them for walks and try to make sure their routine is disrupted as little as possible. 

I have two cats myself so I would not be able to have a dog at my home, so I can only offer to visit your home.
