Hi, I’m Kay a devoted dog lover and full-time receptionist at a veterinary clinic in Richmond. I recently moved to the UK from the Philippines and had to leave behind my two beloved dogs, Summer and Snow, which is why caring for other pets now means so much to me.

I’ve been looking after dogs since I was 20, and my husband and I regularly dog-sit for my in-laws whenever they’re away. They have three senior dogs and one energetic 1-year-old puppy, so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs of different ages, temperaments, and activity levels from gentle senior care to keeping young, playful pups happy and stimulated.

I’m also very familiar with cats. My mother-in-law has two lovely cats that I dearly love, and I enjoy giving them calm, attentive care that respects their routines and personalities.

Working in a vet clinic has strengthened my understanding of pet health, behaviour, and safe handling. It also gives me quick access to veterinary advice should anything unexpected arise, providing extra peace of mind while your pet is in my care.I treat every pet as if they were my own and always aim to keep them comfortable, safe, and well-loved.
