Hey Edinburgh! Do your pups and kitties want a new friend? One who has been a pet mum her whole life? One with 22 years of professional experience, including kennel, grooming, caregiving, and veterinary technician work? Patricia just might be the friend for your little ones!

In the past, I have been a frequent traveller and know all too well the crippling anxiety of worrying about my kids back home. Is the stress of separation affecting them?? Are they okay sleeping alone? Is their health in good shape? These worries can completely ruin a holiday if left unresolved, and I understand that. I want to provide not only top notch care, but assurance to all pet parents that everything is okay at home. Because that is of paramount importance to be able to trust that your babies are safe and content.

I have experience (and a little bit of ninja skills) with: administering oral, topical, and injectable medications, giving at-home subcutaneous fluid therapy, preparing special meals/diets, checking vital signs/general health conditions, bottle feeding newborns, applying flea/tick preventatives, and bathing/grooming/trimming nails. The years I spent as a professional in kennels, daycares, and veterinary medicine provided me with a working knowledge of various medical conditions and treatment protocols, so I am familiar with care of special needs, injured, and elderly pets. Also I love to give big snugs!

I am available mornings, afternoons, and evenings all days of the week. I can administer oral, topical, and subcutaneous medications as well as perform light grooming such as brushing and nail trims (with the owner's grooming tools).

I can stay up to an hour per in-home visit, and can do wee extras like water plants, check mail, empty bins, and do light cleaning if needed. For dog walking services, I can walk for up to an hour, and take your pups anywhere they are used to in your neighbourhood.
