About Emma
I am a cat and dog person, and I had cats and dogs as pets in the past.
My services include: housesitting, daily visits, and daily walks. I am happy to look after cats or dogs, or both! I have petsat for families who had a dog and cats, so I can handle households with different pets.
My work as a petsitter has given me experience as cleaning up all sorts of pets' messes, so that part of the job doesn't bother me! I have four years' experience of working as a housesitter, so your residence will be in safe hands with me, and I can take in any packages for you. I regularly go to the gym, so I am prepared to keep up with your dogs! I offer single or multiple visits to your residence, and I can stay and play with your pets for as long as you want. I will send you regular videos or photographs of your pet(s) if you desire. I enjoy visiting Liverpool's Cat Café when I can. I look forward to meeting you and your pet(s)!

Emma did some home visits and cat sitting for us. She is friendly, thoughtful and respectful, bonded with our cat straight away and provided regular updates for our peace of mind. Highly recommend her!
We booked emma to look after our 2 small dogs for 9 nights in our home, we discussed their needs and routines in the meet and great and all went well, she seemed to understand what we asked and seemed interested in both dogs. Unfortunately while we were away it seems what we asked was not listened to whatsoever. Emma went against our wishes and tried to walk both dogs separately, when i asked about this emma stated that she thought we wanted the dogs walked separately even tho we had given all the information regarding their walks. Emma then proceedes to take them on a 2 minute 40 second walk. When i asked id she could take them on a 20 minute walk a day she stated she didn't know how to put the dogs leads on or how to walk the dogs she doesn't seem to have the experience she advertises. Unfortunately upon our arrival home we were met by one of our two dogs matted with his own poo which was now completely matted into his fur he was crying in pain and had obviously been in the state for a number of days. There was dried dog poo and wee throughout the house which had also been there for some time. The dogs don't seem to have been let out into the garden to do their business the whole time we were away judging from the dried wee and poo all over the house. When I messaged emma during the time we were away she stated all was great when in reality it was not. We were greatly disappointed to come home to the state we did. We feel Emma used our home as a holiday and completely neglected our dogs needs. We are extremely disappointed and saddened by the experience we have had. The only positive I can say is that she kept us updated with pictures of the dogs at home.
