Hi! I'm Sophie. I've been working as a pet sitter (and in various other animal related jobs) for about 7 years now. I've worked weaning puppies, looking after newborns and I've done a LOT of dog sitting and dog walking. I've worked extensively with anxious dogs, alongside many pups who are much more chill. I've also looked after a number of cats over the years - I grew up with both cats and with dogs, and my heart only feels truly full when I'm giving scritches and snuggles. I've been trained in basic animal first aid, and have experience with working alongside owners in ongoing behavioural training and with sticking to routines to help anxious dogs thrive.

I have regular clients who I have been working with multiple times per week long periods of time (some over the span of years), and have also worked with a number of clients sporadically as they require. I tend to work from the homes of the dogs, and do daycare, overnight sitting, drop ins and walks. I'm always happy to meet new floofy friends, and I'm always on the hunt to meet more puppers. I've worked with pups on lead, off lead, in quiet spaces, and in spaces where they can meet other people and animals - I know all the best parks in SE London and I'm always down to let the dog lead me to their favourite place if they have one! My priority is always the happiness and safety of the animal - my time with them is always one on one and I give them my full attention to fully enage their wonderful, inquizitive brains, and to get them the exercise they need to keep them happy and healthy. With cats, I very much understand boundaries and always try to let them lead how our relationship progresses.
