We’re a dynamic Hong Kong and French couple, passionate about all things furry! Back home, we share our lives with DimDim, an energetic 11-month-old Border Collie, Feifei the playful chinchilla, and the cuddly Ragdoll, Muimui. We've nurtured them since they were babies, showering them with love and attention. Arthur also grew up with Picou, a half border collie half Irish Cether for 12 years while in France.

Our cozy apartment in Hayes is just 20 minutes from central London and near beautiful parks and canals, ideal for playtime. Plus, we keep our space clean and warm, ensuring a safe haven for your beloved pets.

We care for every pet with genuine affection, taking time to learn their routines, needs, and favourite comforts. When needed, we play soothing pet‑designed music to ease anxiety, and we make sure they have daily access to a safe, fenced play area where they can explore and make new animal friends. We keep them clean, monitor their diet, and ensure they stay properly hydrated throughout their stay. We also provide regular text and photo updates so you always feel connected and reassured. Above all, we treat each pet as our own and make sure they leave us feeling happy, relaxed, and loved.

Chi is a dedicated art psychotherapy student and a photogtapher who can take the best picture of your pets, and Arthur is a nurturing nursery teacher. We’re responsible, loving, and empathetic pet lovers who cherish our time at home. We love cooking healthy meals and enjoying cozy moments with pets, ensuring they receive all the love and attention they deserve.
