GEMMA

Hello, I'm Gemma and have loved animals all my life, especially dogs ! (And penguins!) Due to previously living abroad and working as a teacher I have not had the opportunity to have my own. My parents have a Westie and a Cockapoo and I'm missing them greatly since moving back into my own place. I have a back garden which is lawn and is very secure. The gate is padlocked from the inside so no one can open it from the outside. When my parents' dogs visit, they have free roam of the garden as they can not get out so your dog would be very safe. I would take great care of your dog and they would, of course, be allowed inside and have cuddles with me on the sofa. I live close to parks and a National Trust estate so there are many great places for walks. I love walking as a way of keeping fit and have plenty of wellies so walking in the rain and snow is not a problem.

(The black dog in my photos is one from a local holiday. He lived in the apartment complex we were staying in and even followed us a little bit when we went out for a run. As you can see I couldn't resist giving him a cuddle).

I also have a DBS and I am on the update service.
