Hi, I'm Laura ☺️. I'm 41 years old and I work for the local wildlife trust as an education and engagement officer. I work with children, engaging them with nature and teaching them how to care for it. 

I love animals. I have a lot of experience in dog and cat sitting. I also love other animals too - hamsters are a favourite of mine (massively underrated pets!!), along with other small rodents. I have my own little hamster - Yogi - who myself and my partner Alex love dearly! Recently we also welcomed our male Sprocker Spaniel pup Naboo. He was born in Sept 23. We will be neutering him when the time is right and one dog is welcome to board alongside him at a time. We always do a meet and greet to make sure they get on. 

We regularly look after my "dog children" - Pepper, Dougal, Pip, Alfie, Banjo and Darcey to name a few, and their feline friends, David and Poppy. I've been pet sitting for friends and family for over 10 years. I am happy to look after your home as well, or make your fur baby feel safe and at home at my place. While you are away I'm happy to provide regular "pupdates" (or CATch ups 😉). I spent my youth volunteering at a vets every weekend, and I have always been passionate about looking after animals. 

I love getting out for dog walks, and if pets stay with me I am lucky enough to live near a big woodland which we love to explore. My partner Alex is as passionate as me, he works from home a lot too so if we are both sitting for you he will be excellent company for your pet.  If your pet is staying with us we will follow your guidance, but are always happy to have them sleep in the same room as us, and hang out with us on the sofa. They would be made to feel right at home. We have a fully fenced garden they would be free to snuffle around in as well. 

In short, we treat your furry friends as if they were our own, giving them lots of love and affection in a warm and friendly environment.

If you'd like us to house sit and pet sit then we are happy to help with this also. As long as we can both get to work easily from your house this is something we would happily do.  It's possible for me to do this overnight/long weekend - with or without Naboo, but if you want us around for longer then we'd need to bring Naboo and Yogi hamster. 

We can only sit/board one dog at a time.
