Since Sepember 2021 I have completed more than 84 pet caring and house sitting assignments traveling all over England with Trusted HouseSitters,. Many of these have been repeat sits and I'm proud of the 5-star reviews achieved on all the assignments!

These include taking care of a variety of dogs, cats, poultry, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish and birds, house cleaning, garden and plant maintenance, receiving deliveries (even a new car), and assisting a client sell their home. Many of the home owners want me to return to care for their pets and home when they travel because they return to happy pets and a respected and a spotlessly clean and tidy house.

I am mature, physically fit, reliable, responsible and a non-smoker. I am now settled in Surrey Heath, England and remain passionate about pet sitting.

My goal is to provide pet and house owners with the following professional services which result in happy pets and satisfied pet and house-owners. Feedback and reviews will be welcome!

•  Dog walks (from 30 minutes). The length of each walk will be mutually agreed with the owner. All walks will be conducted on foot, from the home, along safe dog walking routes, and/or in locations, recommended, or suggested, by the pet owner. The owner’s home will be locked and secured before and after the walk and the dog returned to the area in the home stipulated by the owner. I will check the dog has access to fresh water. Any keys used will be returned at the end of the booking. At least 1xphoto, or short report, will be sent to the owner after each walk

If the weather is too cold, or too hot, to walk the dog another form of physical stimulation/play will be agreed with the owner. The dog will remain on their lead unless allowed to be off it in a suitable and appropriate area.

The owner must inform me of any pet behaviour issues, if a ‘dog tracker’ is used on the dog and if there are any security cameras or other security devices inside or outside the home. I need to gain access to the dog easily and safely. All necessary walking equipment, ‘treats’, poop bags, coats, towels, water bottle for dog should be on hand when I arrive for the walk. Emergency contact details must be available.

• Home Visits (from 30 minutes). The time length of the visit, and all tasks, will be mutually agreed with the owner before the visit. Besides the tasks related to specific pet care (see below) I am prepared to do miscellaneous tasks like watering indoor plants or garden, collecting mail and taking out garbage. The owner’s home will be locked and secured after the visit and any keys used returned at the end of the booking. 1xphoto or a short report will be sent to the owner after each visit.

Cats will be fed, litter trays cleaned and the time agreed with the cat owner, spent with them. I will engage and play with the dog, feed them, take them outside for their toilet and where necessary, clean up messy puppy/senior dog ‘accidents. Small pets will be fed, living space tidied, or cleaned if the booking extends beyond four days. I will ensure fresh water is available for all pets and if I notice any changes in the pet’s behaviour, or health, I will bring changes to the attention of the pet owner immediately and agree the appropriate action.

Oral medicine can be administered as prescribed and agreed with owner.

I would expect the pet owner or a family/friend to return to the home each day. The pet’s immediate environment should be cool when weather is hot and warm when the weather is cold. Pet food, cleaning products and medicine must be in a convenient place.

The owner should inform me if there are any security cameras or other security devices inside or outside the home. I need to be able to gain access to the pets easily and safely. Emergency contact details should be available

This service is not a stand-alone solution when the owner is away overnight.

• House Sitting (Duration 24 hours).

1.Security. I will be the only person occupying the house unless otherwise agreed with the owner. The home and neighbours will be respected. The house/apartment will be locked and secured after the booking or if I am absent from the home at any time. Any keys will be returned to the owner at the end of the booking. Emergency contact details to a person not traveling with the house owner must be supplied by the home owner.

2.Housekeeping -I will collect mail, receive parcels, water plants, put out the bins on garbage collection days, empty rubbish, dirty dishes and utensils washed and put away, appliances kept in working order, bathroom and floors cleaned and left in the same condition as when I arrived to sit.

3. Pet care. Cats will be fed, litter trays cleaned and time spent with them.

Dogs. will be fed, have at least 1 hour of physical exercise as per agreement with owner (see ‘Dog walking’ above). All dog poop picked up in the garden or puppy/senior dog ‘indoor accidents cleaned up during the stay

I would expect the dogs and cats to have space to move around and not necessary to confine them for long periods of time. Pet food, cleaning products and medicine are stored in a convenient place. All necessary walking equipment, poop bags, coats, towels, water for dog should be on hand.

Small pets -feeding, tidy living space and do a full clean if the booking is more than 4 days

4. Me, the house sitter-I expect to house sit in a safe neighbourhood; a clean, tidy and secure house with clean/fresh bedding and basic essentials like cleaning products, toilet paper, etc. The owner to inform me about any security cameras or other security devices inside or outside the home, neighbours and boundary security and brief me about the use of appliances, remotes or an item or issue in the home or neighbourhood which may affect the house sit.
