I'm a current 2nd year zoology student who is looking to build her portfolio in preparation for vet school in the future. I've always dreamed of working with animals ever since I was a little girl.
As part of my GCSE's I completed BTEC Level 1/2 Animal care before progressing onto Level 3 Animals management as part of my A-levels. I hope to achieve my dream of attending vet school whilst serving the general public and gaining valuable hands on experience.
I have veterinary work experience which allowed me to learn basic skills of administrating vaccines and other medications. I also have 7+ years of voluntary work experience at a farm (where I studied GCSE's and A-levels). Here I learned to care for a wide range of animals from your furry guinea pigs to large goats, and a feisty chicken. I was able to gain valuable animal husbandry skills from treating a fungal infection on a goats tail to clipping a rabbits claws. Since moving away to study at university my legacy has continued at the farm by my mum even working there as the farm supervisor.
My love for all animals allows me to care for even the most obscure pets (I myself have stick insects). However, due to my own personal circumstances I cannot offer boarding. I will though travel to clients houses to care for their beloved companion depending on accessibility via public transport. I'm happy to spend the day with your pet or just visit once or twice, whatever suits their needs and yours.

Really reliable and animals well taken care of 🤩
Paris was very patient with my cat Tabby while I was away for a few days. She took time to encourage him to play with his favourite toy and tempt him indoors with his special treats. Tabby actually slept on her lap one evening, which was great, as he is a very timid cat. Would have no hesitation in booking her again if the need arises.
