Hi, I'm Geri. I'm a work-from-home software engineer. Disappointingly, since I moved out from home, my landlords have not allowed pets and I miss them. My motivation to pet sit is to get back the joy of being around pets even if I can't do it all the time anymore.

I grew up with a multi-pet household going from purebreed dogs through not as purebreeds through hamsters, fish, a turtle to even a bearded dragon. Oh and grandma had a grumpy black cat. I have experience caring for all of them be it a reptile with specific dietary requirements or a Jack Russel/Fox terrier mix with the undefeatable energy. And if I don't know something, I'll ask. In my work I'm commended for being very thorough with attention to detail. I'll apply the same when you tell me about your pet so even if you have a spider, I'm sure we'll get along.

House and pet sitting complements my work perfectly because for it all I need is a laptop and 4g signal. I can be in your pet's usual environment to ensure they don't get anxious.
