I am 21 years old, doing a degree from home and pet-sitting on the side. I have always loved animals of all kinds from a young age. This has led to me dog-sitting, cat-sitting (and even lizard-sitting!) for family and friends for approximately 5 years. I have a golden labrador who is now 12 years old, so I also have experience of living with a dog. I have looked after a number of dogs and cats, ranging from pop-in visits and walks to staying at people's houses for extended periods to keep pets company and provide them care. Cats and dogs are the animals I have the most experience with, but provided I have the right information about the care of an animal I am open to any pet. I have looked after a bearded dragon for a few nights, but this is the most exotic pet I have cared for. I also have a pet giant african land snail (an archachatina marginata ovum called Norris). I completed a dog training extracurricular course at secondary school which has provided me with a more well-rounded understanding of the care and attention dogs require. Looking after animals is a passion of mine and animals are a really important part of my life, so interacting with them and caring for them as a profession is a dream come true! I can only pet-sit at your own home due to living in shared accommodation and having a dog of my own. I cannot pet-sit if you have guinea pigs due to a serious allergy. I enjoy pet-sitting so much, and I hope to meet your lovely animals soon!
