Hello! I'm a 31-year-old lawyer from New Zealand who recently moved to London.

One of my greatest passions is caring for animals, which led me to pursue pet sitting opportunities. Animals hold a special place in my heart, and my love for them extends beyond just companionship. Being a vegetarian for 16 years and a vegan for 3, I prioritise their well-being and advocate for their rights.

Growing up, I shared my home with a malamute cross and a cocker spaniel. These experiences instilled in me an understanding of the needs and joys of furry companions. I've also owned budgies and fish, which expanded my knowledge of various pets' requirements.

Currently, I am a fur mum to Kimchi, my 6-year-old shih tzu toy poodle cross, and Lily, my 19-year-old cat. My parents kindly agreed to take care of them in order to give me an opportunity to live overseas. Being from New Zealand, a country so isolated from the rest of the world, living overseas is widely regarded as an essential and transformative experience by many Kiwis. However, this means that I am currently deprived of animal companionship and hence the reason why I've registered as a sitter on Pawshake.
