About Alicia
Hi, I'm Alicia, I got my first dog, Bear in February 2022 and it is safe to say that I am now totally obsessed with dogs! I have experience in caring for my own dog by: taking Bear for lots of long fun walks over the fields; completing beginner and level 1 training classes with him; going to lots of dog shows and as he is a full coat (long haired) Shih Tzu, he requires a lot of grooming maintenance to keep him looking clean and tidy - I am confident in giving your dogs the same level of care and love as my own. Furthermore, I have professional experience with other dogs as I shadowed a local dog walker last summer and thoroughly enjoyed meeting and walking all of the cute pooches! I am always reading about dogs, including canine nutrition and behaviour with the hope of becoming a clinical animal behaviourist after completing my degree. Dogs are my whole world - Bear has his own doggy wardrobe full of more outfits than I have for myself🤣- and I can't wait to meet all of your lovely doggos and become their new friend! My garden is fully secure, and, with a vast amount of field at the top of my road it is perfect for walking your doggos. I am happy to board both small and medium dogs and small animals (if I don't have any dogs boarding who have a high prey drive and are friendly with small animals), unfortunately I can't board cats, as my dog is not very friendly with cats, but , I am happy to come and sit your cat during drop in visits :) I may be able to provide doggy daycare for larger dogs depending on their energy levels, but, again I am happy to do drop in visits for both large and giant dogs. There are multiple beds dotted around the house and 2 toy boxes full to the brim of toys ready to be played with! I also have several enrichment toys, to keep your dogs stimulated and enriched during their stay!

Alicia is really good sitter she cares about your dog and I got pictures of him whilst away which is lovely. She took him to a dog show and got a little rosette which was so cute! On leaving she had made him a toy to take home. All the little touches make the difference when someone’s taking care of your dog. Thank you so much!
I can not sing Alicia's praises enough, she is brilliant! Alicia looked after my dog Daisy for 2 weeks and did an amazing job. She sent me regular messages and photos of Daisy enjoying herself and being really happy. She went the extra mile in taking daisy to an enclosed field to run off her extra energy many times,on top of daily walks and a day trip out to a doggy event. She showed Daisy the love, care and affection I would, she's a true dog lover. Daisy had a great time playing with Alicia's dog Bear who is adorable and made two new doggy friends too. I will definitely send my Daisy to Alicia's again as I know she is well looked after and loved while me and my family are on holiday. Thank you Alicia and Bear for looking after my Daisy ❤️
