I've loved dogs and trained them from the age of 11years old.I borrowed books written by well-known dog trainers of the time and trained my clever spaniel/border collie mix to agility level.I also started sitting my neighbours dogs ,also training & taking them for lovely long walks in the countryside.I sadly moved into office work and childcare as id left home by that time and needed more money for a deposit for a place of my own.For the last 6 years ive been lucky working for another well known petsitting company on a self epmloyed basis.

I provide both short term day care and  24/7 boarding in both my own home & owners homes .I'm also happy with looking after all breeds of dog /other pets on a long term basis ..sometmes for months at a time depending upon owners requirements.Ive gained animal behaviour qualifications during the quiet months of the covid pandemic,becoming qualified in 'Dog socalisation and Obedience Masterclasses,Animal psychology and Dog behaviour and Training 'courses .

I have a keen interest in both human and animal psychology and how they work together and have used various recognised methods with dogs with socialisation and trauma issues/habits such as unwanted chewing,excessive barking,fear aggression and seperation anxiety,rescue dogs (to name just a few cases )I use recognised kind training methods such as positive re-enforcement training .I am a fan of Graeme Hall and Cesar Millan and how
use methods that are understood by dogs and 'speak' to them in ways that are understood.They do this by readiing both the animals and humans' body language and understanding pack behaviour back when they where wolves

I would prefer if all pets are fully vaccinated in case of possible transferance of highly contagious diseases such as polio,distemper and kennel cough if they come into contact with other dogs on walks.
