I absolutely love all animals and have had and cared for animals my entire life, from childhood until present. As well as having my own pets, I have also fostered many dogs and cats for various animal rescues. I lost my last dog two years ago and at the moment I have one rescue cat of my own. Whenever I can, I continue to foster cats for a small independent cat rescue which can be challenging and difficult at times, but also extremely rewarding and worthwhile. I am experienced with both dogs and cats and am confident dealing with older or nervous animals as well as the fiesty ones!!! I am extremely patient and understanding when dealing with shy or unsure dogs and cats as I have always had rescue pets.

For any booking undertaken I will always arrange a free "MEET & GREET" to get to know you and your cat and/or dog to make sure that all parties and pets are happy before proceeding.

I will send daily photos and updates for whichever service is booked to provide reassurance and confidence whilst you are away.)

I can provide the following:

I am able to stay with your cat or dog almost 24/7 excluding popping out to shops etc. for brief periods. When not in your home I will always ensure all doors and windows are locked and any alarm systems are activated. I will treat your home with the utmost respect, taking care to leave your home in the same condition I found it. Everything will be kept clean and tidy and will be in the same condition upon your return as when you left. I am a non-smoker and will treat your beloved pets and your home as if they were my own. 

I will keep in regular contact and will send email updates and photos daily for peace of mind whilst you are away for total peace of mind.

Drop In Visits - 1or 2 visits per day - I am available mornings and afternoons for drop in visits (for cats as well as dogs). Very flexible and reliable, can usually help out at short notice to anyone local to me. 

When visiting your cat or dog I will provide play, cuddles, grooming or just company and food, as well as cleaning litter trays and disposing of the contents. I am able to administer oral medication if required. Will always clean and tidy up after feeding etc and happy to bring in post/parcels and look after any plants if needed.

I can do a one hour extended visit by arrangement.

Home Boarding - CATS ONLY - Daily rates by arrangement. I can board cats in my own home in a dedicated cat themed B&B room. Your cat will receive lots of company during the day and have a bright airy room with a lovely view of the garden. You are welcome to provide any of your cats beds/toys/towers or other belongings to make their stay more comfortable. Any viewing of the accommodation before booking is very welcome. I will keep in regular contact and will send email updates and photos daily for peace of mind whilst you are away.

Dog Walking - I am very active so happy to go on long walks if required, I know my local area extremely well and am also adept at reading maps if the area is less familiar to me. I can take your dog on his/her usual routes and also happy to go on new adventures together. Happy to walk in all weathers .... rain or shine!

I can do extended 1 hour walks by arrangement.
