About Richard
I'm originally from Durban in RSA and having pets throughout my life has given me the foundation and knowledge to look after, understand and love many animals. I have completed a “Pet sitting and Dog Walking” diploma and have run a doggy daycare now for the last 2 and half years after giving up my role as a Removals Co-ordinator for a Master Removals company where I worked for 16 years.
I am passionate about animals, energetic and I understand the importance of your pet being exercised as well as socialised, their health & safety is my top priority. I will provide them with an hour and a half walk in our local heath, taking in the local smells and sounds. The heath is right opposite my house with a dog friendly river during the warmer months for swimming and stick fetching. We are a family home with two kids and two friendly dogs.
I only allow vaccinated dogs. I am only able to take on dogs who are neutered. All dogs must wear a collar with ID tag as it is a legal requirement.
